Nice twist to the regular Ulundhu appalams

The addition of pepper is good and tasty twist to the regular Urad dal papads... I though it would taste like a north indian papad but it was very mu...More
The addition of pepper is good and tasty twist to the regular Urad dal papads... I though it would taste like a north indian papad but it was very much the regular Urad papad with a balanced taste of pepper (not too much and not very less). We usually prefer to roast the papad instead of frying so the size could be a little bigger..
