🎋 Bamboo Rice Chapathi – A Wholesome Twist to Everyday Roti

Introducing a healthy, earthy alternative to regular chapathis — the Bamboo Rice Chapathi made using Sri Varaha Bamboo Rice Chapathi Mix. Bamboo rice is rich in fiber, essential minerals, and is known for its low glycemic index — making it a smart choice for a balanced lifestyle.


🧂 Ingredients:

  • Sri Varaha Bamboo Rice Chapathi Mix – 1 cup

  • Hot water – as needed to knead the dough

  • Salt – as required


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Sri Varaha Bamboo Rice Chapathi Mix.

  2. Add salt to taste.

  3. Slowly pour hot water into the mix while stirring with a spoon or spatula.

  4. Once the mixture cools slightly, knead it into a soft, smooth dough using your hands.

  5. Cover and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.

  6. Divide into small balls and roll them into chapathis.

  7. Cook on a hot tawa, flipping both sides, until golden brown spots appear.

  8. Serve hot with curry, chutney, or dal.
