All orders are subject to availability. If any item is out of stock at the time of your order, we’ll inform you and process a refund using your original payment method.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Within Tamil Nadu: 1–4 business days from the date of dispatch.

Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): 1–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Note: Delivery time starts from when the order is shipped, not from when it's placed.
These timelines are estimates only — we do not guarantee same-day, next-day, or 2-day delivery. Actual delivery time may vary based on:

Incomplete or incorrect address/contact details

Delays from courier partners

External issues (weather, strikes, route disruptions, etc.)
4. Dispatch Schedule

Monday to Saturday: Orders placed before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same evening.

Orders placed after Saturday 2:00 PM will be dispatched starting Monday evening.

No dispatches on Sundays (courier partners do not operate on Sundays).
5. Shipping Partners

Tamil Nadu deliveries: We use Professional Courier.

Other Indian states: We use DTDC.
If you prefer a different courier, let us know immediately after placing your order or mention it in the order notes at checkout. Additional charges may apply for specific courier requests.
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total (after coupon discounts) and the delivery location.

You can view the shipping cost at checkout before confirming your order.

Coupons apply only to products, not to shipping fees.

Only one coupon can be applied per order (cannot be combined with other codes).
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately at info@srivarahafoods.com.
8. Important Notes on Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for non-delivery of orders due to the following:

Incomplete or incorrect address or contact details

Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address
In such cases:

We will not refund the order amount

We do not accept returns or cancellations once the products are dispatched
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate and someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
