🧂 Ingredients:

Ulundhu Kali Mix – 150 g

Jaggery – 300 g

Gingelly Oil (Nalla Ennai) – 100 ml

Water – 400 ml

In a pan, add 300 g of jaggery to 400 ml of water and bring it to a boil.

Once the jaggery is completely dissolved, filter the jaggery syrup to remove any impurities.

Pour the filtered syrup back into the pan and bring it to a gentle boil.

Gradually add 150 g of Sri Varaha Ulundhu Kali Mix into the jaggery water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Keep mixing on medium flame until the mixture thickens into a smooth paste.
