🧂 Ingredients (for 1 serving):

Sri Varaha Karuppu Kavuni Kanji Mix – 3 tablespoons

Water – 400 ml

Salt – as required

Buttermilk – 1 glass (after cooling)

In a cooking vessel, mix 3 tablespoons of Sri Varaha Karuppu Kavuni Kanji Mix with 400 ml of water. Stir well to avoid lumps.

Place the vessel on the stove and cook on medium flame for 5–7 minutes until the kanji thickens.

Turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely.

Once cooled, add salt to taste and 1 glass of buttermilk. Mix thoroughly.
