🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Sri Varaha Multi Millet Pongal Mix – 200 g

Water – 600 ml

Salt – as required

Optional: Ghee, crushed pepper, cumin, ginger, curry leaves, and cashews for seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions:

In a vessel, add 200 g of Sri Varaha Multi Millet Pongal Mix and 600 ml of water.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles or boil on medium flame until soft and mushy.

In a separate pan, heat ghee and fry pepper, cumin, ginger, curry leaves, and cashews.

Add this seasoning to the cooked pongal and mix well.

Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar for a complete, nourishing meal.
