š§ Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Sri Varaha Poongar Arisi Puttu Mix ā 1 cup

Water ā approx. 1/4 cup (just enough to moisten)

Salt ā a pinch

Optional: Grated coconut, ghee, palm jaggery or banana for serving
š©š³ Instructions:

Take 1 cup of Sri Varaha Poongar Arisi Puttu Mix in a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and sprinkle water little by little.

Mix well using your fingers until the flour becomes crumbly and moist ā it should hold shape when pressed, but break apart easily.

Rest the mix for 5ā10 minutes.

Steam in a puttu maker or idli plates, layering with grated coconut if desired.

Steam for 8ā10 minutes until soft and aromatic.
