🧂 Ingredients (for 1 serving):

Sri Varaha Poongar Health Mix – 3 tablespoons

Water – 400 ml

Optional: Palm sugar or jaggery for sweetness, milk as preferred
👩🍳 Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of Poongar Health Mix with a little water to make a smooth, lump-free paste.

Boil 400 ml of water in a pan.

Slowly pour the paste into the boiling water while stirring continuously.

Cook on medium flame for about 5–7 minutes until it thickens.

Add sweetener if desired, and a little milk for richness.
