🌿 Ragi Koozh – A Cooling & Wholesome Summer Delight
Ragi Koozh is a traditional South Indian porridge made with finger millet, known for its cooling and nourishing properties. Packed with calcium, fiber, and iron, it’s the perfect summer meal for all age groups. With Sri Varaha Ragi Mix, preparing this age-old health drink is now quick and easy!
🧂 Ingredients:

Sri Varaha Ragi Mix – 4 tablespoons

Water – 400 ml

Salt – as required

Buttermilk – 1 glass (after cooling)
👩🍳 Instructions:

In a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of Ragi Mix to 400 ml of water and stir well until no lumps remain.

Transfer the mixture to a pan and boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool completely.

Once cooled, add 1 glass of buttermilk, mix thoroughly, and serve chilled.
