🌾 Samai Pongal – Healthy Little Millet Comfort from Sri Varaha

🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Sri Varaha Samai Pongal Mix – 200 g

Water – 600 ml

Salt – as required

Optional Seasoning: Ghee, crushed pepper, cumin, chopped ginger, curry leaves, cashews
👩🍳 Instructions:

In a pot or pressure cooker, add 200 g of Sri Varaha Samai Pongal Mix and 600 ml of water.

Add required salt and mix well.

Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles or cook in a covered pot until soft and mushy.

For added flavor, heat ghee in a small pan. Fry pepper, cumin, ginger, curry leaves, and cashews.

Add this seasoning to the cooked Samai Pongal and mix well.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar — perfect for breakfast or dinner!
