🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Sri Varaha Varagu Arisi Pongal Mix – 200 g

Water – 600 ml

Salt – as required

Optional Seasoning: Ghee, black pepper, cumin, ginger, curry leaves, cashews
👩🍳 Instructions:

In a vessel or pressure cooker, add 200 g of Sri Varaha Varagu Arisi Pongal Mix and 600 ml of water.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles or cook covered on a stove until soft and mushy.

In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté pepper, cumin, chopped ginger, curry leaves, and cashews.

Add the seasoning to the cooked Pongal and mix well.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar for a wholesome millet-based meal.
