The items were good. However, while ordering it was mentioned 2 mixture packets will be given free. However, the same was not delivered. When contacted they said the offer is not available, which is not a good customer friendly practice.

Packing excellent. Delivery prompt. Uppu seedai- good. 2) Vella Seedai should be bigger & soft. Improve the quality of jaggery. Since we are from Tiruchirapalli, Tanjore district we felt that. The same applies to Athirsam also. 3) Thenkulal & Butter murruku- excellent. 4) Thiruelveli Halwa v.good. 5) Manoharam average. On the whole more than satisfying. Sairam

The taste of all items were very good. I have given 4 rating just because of the packing. The whole items should have been in a nice card board or tin box with Krishna printed. The package was not good and it was not decent when presenting to others. Next time you need to focus on the packaging.
