Rich in content and taste..right mixture of ingredients--Murungai Keerai poder 60-70% and other spices 30-40% to make it a perfect mix to prepare mixed rice. We tried as soup too and it tasted much better with out having to add salt or pepper as it already has healthy spices mixed. Reoommend 100%--good for gut health and eye sight.
