Sri Varaha Multi Millet Health Mix – 3 tablespoons

Water – 600 ml

Optional: Jaggery or palm sugar for sweetness, milk as desired

In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of Sri Varaha Multi Millet Health Mix with a little water to form a lump-free paste.

Boil 600 ml of water in a pan.

Slowly add the paste to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook on medium flame for about 7 minutes until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.
