How to make Multi Millet Health Mix Recipe | Sri Varaha Foods

🌾 Multi Millet Health Mix – Daily Nutrition Made Easy

Sri Varaha Multi Millet Health Mix is a perfect blend of traditional millets like Ragi, Kambu, Bajra, Thinai, and Kuthiraivali. Packed with fiber, calcium, and iron, it’s ideal for all age groups — whether as a morning boost, a post-school snack, or a healthy evening drink.


🧂 Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Sri Varaha Multi Millet Health Mix – 3 tablespoons

  • Water – 600 ml

  • Optional: Jaggery or palm sugar for sweetness, milk as desired


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of Sri Varaha Multi Millet Health Mix with a little water to form a lump-free paste.

  2. Boil 600 ml of water in a pan.

  3. Slowly add the paste to the boiling water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

  4. Cook on medium flame for about 7 minutes until it thickens to a porridge-like consistency.

  5. Add jaggery or palm sugar if sweetness is preferred. Optionally, add milk and stir well.

  6. Serve warm for a complete and nourishing meal.
