🧂 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Sri Varaha Red Rice Puttu Mix – 1 cup

Water – approx. 1/4 cup (enough to moisten)

Salt – a pinch

Optional: Grated coconut, palm jaggery, banana, ghee, or kadalai curry
👩🍳 Instructions:

Add 1 cup of Sri Varaha Red Rice Puttu Mix into a mixing bowl.

Add a pinch of salt, and sprinkle water little by little.

Mix with fingers until the flour becomes moist and crumbly — it should hold shape when pressed, but crumble easily.

Rest the mixture for 5–10 minutes.

Layer with grated coconut if desired and steam using a puttu maker or idli plates.

Steam for 8–10 minutes until soft and aromatic.

Serve hot with palm jaggery, banana, or kadalai curry for a nutritious, tasty meal.
