Ingredients
- 1 pack SriVaraha Foxtail Millet Thinai Pongal Mix
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Pepper
- few Ginger
- few green chilly
Instructions

In a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of Foxtail Millet Pongal Mix with 3 cups of water.

Add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Stir well.

Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or until you hear 3 whistles.

In a small pan, heat 1-2 teaspoons of ghee or oil. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper, Ginger, Green Chilly, a few curry leaves, and 1 tablespoon of cashews (optional).

Pour this tempering over the cooked Pongal and mix.
